Srinagar, May 18: A public delegation led by Farooq Ahmad Rather, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) District President, Kulgam, called on Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Sunday.
Subsequently, Advocate Haamid Bhat also called on the Lieutenant Governor.
