Many loaded vehicles buried under tSnow avalanche at Shaitani Nallah near Zojila pass from Minamarg Side of Kargil district on Sunday afternoon, Officials sources said here.
Official sources told Rising Kashmir that many loaded Trucks was on its way to Kargil and Leh from Sonamarg came under the avalanche that were occurred near Shaitani Nallah near Zojila pass on Srinagar Leh highway.They said that the drivers of these vehicles had a narrow escape in the incident.
Soon after receiving the information Kargil police along with Civil administration launched a massive rescue operation at the said place, however till this report no loss of life or Injuries reported.
There is still 40 to 50 feet of Snow at in many places of Shaitani Nallah and Zojila,They said.
