Srinagar, Feb 16: The Interfaith Department of Anjuman Sharie Shian hosted the grand launch of the book Interfaith Dialogue: Foundation of Peacebuilding at Mehboob-ul-Millat Hall, Jamia Bab-ul-Ilm. The event saw the presence of distinguished personalities from within and beyond the valley, who commended the department’s pivotal role in fostering peace and harmony.
The book was widely praised as a significant contribution to interfaith dialogue and communal unity, with speakers emphasising the need for continued efforts in bridging religious divides. Special recognition was given to the book’s editors, Agha Muntazir Mehdi and Khair-un-Nisa Agha, for their dedication to promoting mutual understanding among diverse faith communities.
