Srinagar, April 16: Noted religious scholar and patron of Khanqa-e-Hyderi Sharief Ali Abad Grendwan Aishmuqam, Dr Muhammad Sameer Shafi Siddiqui expressed deep grief and sorrow over the tragic incident of a boat capsizing in the River Jhelum at Gandbal Batwara area of Srinagar.
In a statement issued, Dr Muhammad Sameer Shafi Siddiqui expressed his condolences to the families who have lost their loved ones in this devastating accident.
“We humbly pray to Allah (swt) to bestow patience and strength upon the parents, relatives, and loved ones of the deceased. The incident has brought deep sorrow and pain to the people of Kashmir.”
