An encounter broke out between security forces and terrorists at Baskuchan village in Imamsahib area of south Kashmir’s Shopian district, officials said on Sunday.
In a tweet, Kashmir Zone Police informed, “#Encounter has started at Baskuchan area of #Shopian. Police and security forces are on the job. Further details shall follow.”
As per reports the exchange of fire is on in the area and two to three terrorists are believed to be trapped in the area.
