Budgam, Jan 15: Doodhpatri in this central Kashmir’s Budgam district is all set to welcome tourists to explore its mesmerizing scenic beauty.
CEO Dodpathri Development Authority (DDA) Dr. Nargis Suriya said the destination has been kept open this winter to promote it as a winter tourist destination. “Various facilities are available for tourists. There is a spacious tourist reception centre, beautiful huts, cafeteria and restaurants, tea and coffee shops lodges, and all huts are budgeted accommodations,” she said.
The CEO DDA said there are a lot of things to explore during winter season for tourists. She said tourists can enjoy pony ride, ATV ride, skiing, sledge, tube ride, snow bikes, etc.
“The winter festival is going to be conducted soon at Dodpathri,” she said, adding, “The snow-related adventure sports will be inaugurated and the tourists as well as others can avail of these facilities and enjoy the snow sports.”
