The DC interacted with a large gathering of villagers and gave patient hearing to their concerns and issues. Residents raised various matters on basic amenities like drinking water supply, road connectivity, healthcare facilities, education infrastructure, mobile network connectivity, and livelihood opportunities.
Taking cognizance of the grievances, the DC assured the villagers of prompt action and directed the concerned officials to prepare a comprehensive action plan for addressing their issues on a priority basis. He emphasized the importance of inter-departmental coordination and stressed the need for timely completion of ongoing developmental projects in the area.
On the occasion, the DC took stock of different facilities being provided to the people, including land passbooks and inheritance mutations, Ayushman Bharat Sehat Cards besides other common facilities. Tehsildar Bandipora was directed to complete the process of issuance of pending Land Passbooks and attestation of Inheritance Mutations in a week positively.
Shakeel ur Rehman directed the concerned BDO to examine all issues regarding RDD including PMAY and developmental demands for necessary consideration in upcoming plans as per merits.
