Srinagar, Dec 30: Authorities in the Kupwara district in North Kashmir on Saturday warned of the unauthorised operation of private schools and coaching centres and for being involved in tuition despite the winter break.
In an official circular, Chief Education Kupwara said that it has come to the attention that some private schools are involved in tuition despite the winter break and are forcing the students to report such centers.
“Before action as warranted under rules is initiated against them, the management of these private schools and unregistered coaching centres is put on strict instructions to desist from this activity with immediate effect,” circular said.
It was further said that all the cluster heads and zonal education officers are also put under strict instructions to maintain strict vigil over the violators and report the undersigned immediately.
