Jammu, March 05: The Institute of Management Sciences (IMS), Jammu, Wednesday organised Manthan 2K25, an annual Business Tech Conclave, providing a platform for students to exhibit their skills and innovation. The event witnessed participation from 156 students across 14 institutions, including SPMR College of Commerce, MAM College, and others.
The event was inaugurated with the lighting of the traditional lamp and Ganesh Vandana, followed by a welcome address from Meenakshi Sharma, Director, IMS. She outlined the day’s competitions and extended her best wishes to participants.
Chief guest Annil Suri, President and CEO, AB Consultants, praised IMS Jammu’s efforts in fostering young talent. Vidhi S Jamwal, Chairman, Jamwal Group, encouraged students to channel their energy productively. Other dignitaries included Renu Bangroo, Managing Director, Jamwal Group, and Vice Chairman Shivdev S Jamwal. Special guests Nakul Khanna, Cluster Head, and Lakshmi Badiar, Relationship Manager, Nippon Mutual Fund, delivered motivational speeches during the prize distribution ceremony.
The conclave featured multiple competitions, including Product Launch, Quiz, Code-a-Thon, Just a Minute, and Blindfold Games, fostering creativity and teamwork. The event also marked the release of “Reflection’ 25,” IMS College’s annual newsletter.
