Srinagar, NOV 05: The Minister of Education, Sakina Itoo, announced on Tuesday that all private schools in Jammu and Kashmir imposing excessive fees will face scrutiny and appropriate action. Speaking to reporters, Itoo emphasized that the government has established guidelines and criteria regarding the imposition of tuition and other fees.
“The government is actively regulating private schools in Jammu and Kashmir, and any institution that increases fees in violation of these guidelines will be held accountable,” the Minister stated. She assured that relevant authorities would investigate and take action against any private school operating contrary to the rules and regulations set forth by the government.
