Senior IPS officer Vidhi Kumar Birdi on Thursday assumed the charge of Inspector General of Police Kashmir Zone.
An official told that Birdi assumed the charge today morning.Vidhi Kumar Birdi-IPS has assumed the charge of IGP Kashmir Zone, succeeding ADGP Shri Vijay Kumar-IPS. With a distinguished career spanning various roles within J&K Police, Shri Birdi, is a 2003 batch IPS officer.
