Baramulla, July 29: Deputy Commissioner Baramulla, Minga Sherpa on Monday chaired a meeting of the concerned officers here to review the preparations for the conduct of Swachhta Pakhwada.
During the meeting, detailed discussions were held on the various activities planned for the fortnight-long campaign under the theme ‘The Shuchita Sangram’, starting from August 01 to 15 across the district to instill a sense of civic duty among the citizens of the district.
These activities include extensive cleanliness drives, awareness programs, rallies, marathons, quiz programs and workshops aimed at cleaning our surroundings and educating the public about waste management, sanitation practices, and the harmful effects of pollution.
