NC workers’ convention: Ahsan Pardesi stresses public engagement

Srinagar, June 25: The Jammu and Kashmir Provincial Vice President Kashmir and Incharge of Lal Chowk Constituency, Ahsan Pardesi led a one-day workers’ convention at the party headquarters Nawa-e-Subha here on Tuesday.
Among others, district president Srinagar Peer Afaq Ahmad, WW Provincial President Er. Sabiya Qadri also addressed the functionaries on the occasion.
Pardesi in his address said, “Today’s meeting is a crucial part of the party’s ongoing efforts to understand the daily challenges faced by the locals in these areas, particularly regarding basic infrastructure and long-standing grievances that have been ignored by the current administration.”
He highlighted the significance of enhancing ongoing public engagement and impressed upon the party functionaries to give top priority to public issues.
“We are fully aware of the hardships our people are enduring every day due to inadequate infrastructure and the neglect of their legitimate grievances,” Pardesi said, adding, “Once a National Conference-led government is established, all these issues will be addressed promptly and transparently.”
He added, “I urge all our esteemed members and the public at large to stand firm and continue to show unwavering support for JKNC. Prepare yourselves for the upcoming political engagements, especially the Assembly elections, which are crucial for the future of our people.”
