First slide
Bullying is an act which involves unwanted behavior such as aggression, threat, spreading rumours & harassment mostly among school children where the strong and dominant group of students target weak students. It is a repeated or potential of repeated act which effects the victim severely. Mostly at the age of adolescents the teenagers try to do something new where they also want to feel power, sothe best way possible to feel power is by dominating and harassing other weak kids. These acts of bullying severely effect the victims, it leaves a deep scar in there life.
Being bullied is heart-breaking and sad for those targeted. But many adults, unless they too have been bullied, most of the times other kids have a hard time realising just how much kids can suffer. They fail to realize that the consequences of bullying are significant and can have a long-lasting impact. This lack of understanding is often called the "empathy gap”. We as well the school authority should work on closing this empathy gap to improve bullying policies and prevent bullying. In fact, efforts to advocate on behalf of victims will not be effective unless people truly realize how painful and traumatic bullying can be.
Kids who are bullied suffer a lot in their life. They experience several issues like physical, social, emotional, academic, and mental health issues. There are several things which we can notice in kids to understand weather they are getting bullied or not:
• Depression and anxiety
The most common issue they face is depression and anxiety. They have difficulty in asking for favours or help. They get anxious around people specially children who are powerful than them.
• Increased feelings of sadness and loneliness
They cut their ties from people and friends and become a loner to avoid any kind of conflict or getting in trouble.
• Changes in sleep and eating patterns, and loss of interest in activities they used to enjoy
Most of the time they lose interest in daily activities, they stop taking partin school functions and sports.
• Health complaints
Their depression and anxiety stop them eating normally and healthy, as they also lose interest in daily life they also start doing exercise and all which effects their health severely.
• Decreased academic achievement
They also have hard time coping up with school activities and acedamicwork. They fail to perform in test and annual exams. They have no confidence in participating Olympiads and all.
A very minor number of bullied children might react through extremely violent measures. In 12 of 15 school shooting cases in the 1990s, the shooters had a history of being bullied.

How to achieve your desires in life?
To be human is to have dreams. Dreams of passion, wealth, love and desire. While dreaming is easy, achieving desires, not so much. To live fulfilled lives, we must work towards achieving our goals and desires. In this article, we will look into some of the ways we can do so.
You need a good reason to inspire and motivate you
Everything we see in the world is the result of reasoning. Reason, therefore, is the determining factor that drives us to do what we need to do. Nothing of value is done for no reason. Even when you don't want to wake up in the morning, for some reason you wake up to chase your dreams. Sometimes it makes people do things they don't understand. It's powerful, and if you don't have enough of it, you won't find the energy to pursue what you want.
What are the reasons for your actions? Why are you doing that? Is it because everyone is doing something and you feel like you have to do it? You need to know the reasons for these actions you're taking, and you need good reasons, because otherwise you're likely to stop when gravity kicks in.
Work for Achievement, Not for Money
Success in life does not come from working for money. It brings pride and satisfaction that comes from doing what you love and solving problems for people. If work makes people successful, most people must be successful because they work for money. The opposite is true. To be successful in life, you must see people's problems and provide answers that come from passion. This is what successful individuals and companies around the world have done.
It's about providing people with solutions based on their love and fulfillment. And by doing the same, you can achieve the life you dream of.
Face Your Fears
When talking to people about motivation, the underlying problem is often fear. Fear of failing or getting out of it. Fear, rejection, or trying new things. It is important to face and conquer these fears for real success.
Make sure your goals make sense
Goals aren't just specific. A prerequisite to achieving goals is making sure they make sense. We always do more to achieve goals that have deep meaning to us than to achieve something superficial.
Take Responsibility
Don't let the victim mentality fool you. You have the power to reach your goals. It's healthy to ask for help when you need it, but relying too much on others can lead to feelings of helplessness and frustration. If you need to take a break and change your goals, that's okay.
Make sure the goals are time-bound
Goals must be time-bound in order to be achievable. When do you plan on achieving this goal? Don't just say you want to get rich in the future or make a million dollars in the next few years. You have to pick a date on the calendar if you're serious about achieving that goal.
