Srinagar, June 27: The Zone Rainawari Under-17 Boys Inter-School Zonal Level Cricket Tournament 2024 concluded on Thursday at KNS Stadium Radapora, Srinagar. Sixteen government and private institutions participated in this highly anticipated event.
In the final match, Sultan Ul Arifeen School faced off against Motherland High School. After winning the toss, Sultan Ul Arifeen School elected to bat first and scored 84 runs in 10 overs for the loss of 3 wickets. Chasing a target of 85 runs, Motherland High School was bowled out for 73 runs, losing the match by 12 runs.
The tournament saw active participation and competitive spirit among the teams. Rouf Ahmad Khan, PEM GHSS Khanyar, and Javaid Ahmad Makhdoomi, PET BHS Nowhatta, distributed trophies to the winning and runner-up teams. They expressed gratitude to all field officials for their efforts in making the tournament a success.
