Srinagar, June 09: Apni Party president Syed Mohammad Altaf Bukhari, along with other senior leaders has extended condolences to Zafar Iqbal Manhas over the demise of his mother-in-law, who passed away after a brief illness on Sunday.
The mourning and the condolence gatherings will be observed at T-9 Tulsi Bagh in Srinagar for three days, the party said in a statement, quoting family sources.
Meanwhile, Bukhari in his condolence message said, “I extend my heartfelt condolences to my colleague Zafar Iqbal Manhas, and his family on the demise of his mother-in-law. May the departed soul rest in eternal peace and the bereaved family get patience to bear the pain of this irreparable loss.
Besides Bukhari, the prominent party leaders who extended condolences to the bereaved family included party’s Senior Vice President Ghulam Hassan Mir, General Secretary Rafi Ahmad Mir, Provincial President Mohammad Ashraf Mir, Media Advisor Farooq Andrabi, Chief Spokesperson and State Secretary Muntazir Mohiuddin, Chief Coordinator and District President Kulgam Abdul Majeed Padder, District President Srinagar Noor Mohammad Sheikh, District President Anantnag Abdul Rahim Rather, District President Pulwama Ghulam Mohammad Mir, Provincial President of the party’s Women Wing Dilshada Shaheen, and others.
