Srinagar, Nov 19: As part of GOI sponsored scheme ‘Up-Scaling of Aapda Mitra’, the 12 days training programme for 5th batch regarding Disaster Management for 51 Aapda Mitra Volunteers of Baramulla, Kulgam and Kupwara districts concluded at SDRF 1st Bn. Hqrs Srinagar on Saturday.
The valedictory ceremony was presided over by Haseeb-Ur-Rehman, Commandant SDRF 1st Bn Srinagar.
Merit Certificates were also distributed among the Volunteers.
Similarly, 6th batch of the 12 days training programme for Aapda Mitra Volunteers of these three districts shall commence w.e.f 20 November, 2022 at SDRF 1st Bn Srinagar.
