Srinagar, April 23: Srinagar, Municipal Corporation SMC (SMC), Dr. Owais Ahmed, along with senior officials of the Central Office, Wednesday observed a solemn two-minute silence at the SMC headquarters, Karan Nagar, to honour the victims of the tragic incident that occurred in Pahalgam.
