The 141st Board Meeting of Central Silk Board held under the chairmanship of Smt. Prajakta L. Verma, IAS, Union Joint Secretary (Silk) MoT with welcome address by Shri Sivakumar P. (IFS), Member Secretary. The Senior Officers from Karnataka, Andra Pradesh, U.P, Tamil Nadu and other State of India also participated in the meeting.
The UT of J&K was represented by Mr. Ajaz Ahmad Bhat (IAS) who solicited the chairperson Smt. Prajakta L. Verma, IAS, Union Joint Secretary (Silk) MoT that all the developmental projects requires to be implemented and completed during the coming three years with full financial support by the Central Silk Board and their timely market intervention.
Furtherance to above on successful completion of 75 years of Central Silk Board a logo was also unveiled to celebrate the institutions rich history and achievements during this phenomenal journey.
