Srinagar, Jan 22: The Jammu and Kashmir Youth National Conference Provincial President Kashmir Salman Ali Sagar on Monday presided over a meeting of Zone Presidents and prominent office bearers of YNC Kashmir and discussed upcoming youth events in detail.
He assigned various responsibilities among the office bearers to coordinate/organize the future events of the youth wing, the party said in a statement.
“The respective functionaries also gave him a detailed appraisal of the ongoing YNC activities across the province. Issues concerning youth in terms of soaring unemployment, drug addiction and sluggish recruitment in JKSSB and JKPSC were also marked up in the meeting by the functionaries,” the statement reads.
While interacting with the functionaries, Salman exhorted them to continue with their mass contact programme, ensuring that the party’s vision and mission reached every section of society, particularly youth. He commended youth functionaries for their “relentless efforts” in shouldering the critical responsibilities at this crucial juncture.
