PDP leaders visit Pulwama, Shopian to offer condolences

Srinagar, Jan 09: On the instructions of party president Mehbooba Mufti, a delegation from the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) visited Pulwama and Shopian to offer condolences.
The delegation was led by General Secretary Mohammad Khursheed Alam and comprised Mohit Bhan, Arif Laigaroo, Dr Ali Mohammad Wani, and Tajamul Islam, the party said in a statement issued here.
In Pulwama, the delegation expressed their heartfelt sympathies with the family of Master Ghulam Mustafa Malik of Tumla Hall, who was the uncle of Pulwama MLA Waheed Parra. The leaders prayed for eternal peace to the departed soul and strength to the family to bear the irreparable loss.
In Shopian, the delegation visited the family of Mushtaq Ahmad Bhat, the younger brother of senior PDP leader and former MLA Shopian, Mohammad Yousuf Bhat. The leaders offered prayers for the departed soul, seeking Allah’s mercy and blessings upon him. They also prayed that the bereaved family finds solace and courage during this difficult time.
The PDP leaders reiterated their commitment to standing with the grieving families, offering unwavering support and solidarity while praying that Allah grants Jannat-ul-Firdous to the departed souls.
