Srinagar, Nov 21: People’s Democratic Party (PDP) chief spokesperson Dr Mehboob Beg on Thursday announced the appointment of spokespersons and additional spokespersons to bolster its communication framework across Jammu and Kashmir.
The newly appointed spokespersons include Adv Firdous Tak, Adv Aditya Gupta, Sardar Sonu Singh, Mohit Bhan, Najmu Saqib, Syed Iqbal Tahir and Mohd Rafiq Rather. Iqbal Tramboo, Mohd Amin Dar, Zuhaib Mir, Sohit Sharma, Shouqia Qureshi and Rajat Randhawa have been named as additional spokespersons.
The PDP in a statement said the appointments ensure a balanced representation of both seasoned leaders and younger voices and reflects inclusivity across all regions of Jammu and Kashmir. The party acknowledged the dedication of these individuals, particularly in promoting the party’s agenda on electronic and social media platforms over the past five years.
Dr Beg expressed confidence in the newly appointed team’s ability to articulate the party’s vision, policies and priorities effectively. He called for fostering meaningful public engagement and ensuring that the voices of the people of Jammu and Kashmir are adequately represented.
