O! Dear Heart,
Have I not told you,
That facades and facts are fascinating;
That faces under the blithesome shade glint;
That eyes eupeptic and unfazed smile;
That lips tremble to speak about commingling of love and fear;
Come…Come; O! Dear Heart,
Come and read my eyes;
Come and try to find out the jaded echoes of my soul;
Come and envelope my wrenched heart, pouring aggrieved feelings with your ornamental words;
Come as I didn’t fall in love with you;
I walked in love with you, with my eyes wide open;
Primed to take every step along the way.
O! Dear Heart!
