LIC Srinagar celebrates 78th Independence Day with flag hoisting ceremony

Srinagar, Aug 15: The Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) Srinagar Division celebrated the 78th Independence Day with a flag hoisting ceremony at the Divisional Office in Haft Chinar, Srinagar. The National Flag was hoisted by Senior Divisional Manager Sonam Chhewang.
Addressing the gathering, Chhewang emphasized the significance of this year’s celebrations, noting that the government’s “Har Ghar Tiranga” initiative has added special meaning to the event. He highlighted that LIC has actively participated in this initiative by making flags available to employees, agents, and customers across all locations.
Chhewang further remarked that the spirit of this celebration lies in collective participation, aiming to strengthen the nation for the benefit of all.
