Srinagar, May 15: The University of Kashmir (KU) on Thursday held a condolence meeting to mourn the sudden demise of Mohd Ayoub Wani, who was presently posted as MTS at Centre for Capacity Building & Skill Development KU.
Vice-Chancellor KU, Prof. Nilofer Khan, in her condolence message, expressed deep sorrow over the loss and extended heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family.
“Mr. Ayoub was a sincere and hardworking employee. We stand in solidarity with his family during this difficult time and pray for eternal peace to the departed soul,” she said.
Registrar KU, Prof. Naseer Iqbal, while chairing the condolence meeting said, “Mr. Ayoub was a committed and honest employee whose services to the university were valued and will be remembered with respect.”
The condolence meeting was attended by various administrative officers, teaching and non-teaching fraternity of the university who joined in expressing their sympathies and offered prayers for the departed soul.
