JKSSB exam: Training program for supervisory staff held in Udhampur

To facilitate smooth conduct of the upcoming JKSSB exam for Panchayat Secretary Recruitment, the District Administration Udhampur today organized a training program for supervisory staff under the supervision of Deputy Commissioner Saloni Rai here in the Conference Hall DC Office Complex.

Additional Deputy Commissioner Joginder Singh Jasrotia, JKSSB Member Dr Pritam Lal Thapa, District Coordinator JKSSB and Deputy Director Estates, Ajay Bharti and other JKSSB members alongside supervisory staff attended the meeting.

 At the outset, Dr Pritam Lal Thapa, Member JKSSB, delivered an informative PowerPoint presentation, enlightening the staff about their roles and responsibilities in ensuring a smooth and transparent examination process scheduled for December 10, 2023, at various identified centers across the district.

While addressing the participants, the ADC highlighted the substantial deployment of Center Observer Magistrates, Center Superintendent, Deputy Superintendent, and Invigilation Staff, emphasizing that all necessary arrangements have been meticulously put in place for the examination’s seamless conduct. ADC urged the trainees to strictly adhere to procedures for a transparent examination in their respective centers.

ADC revealed that the District Administration has established 23 examination centers across the district, emphasizing the active cooperation and support from Police, Education, and other related departments for the OMR examination test. The examination is slated for December 10, 2023, from 12 noon to 2 pm at designated examination centers.
