Srinagar, Aug 09: Inspector General (IG) Border Security Force (BSF) Kashmir Ashok Yadav on Wednesday visited the forward areas of Kupwara to conduct a comprehensive review of operational preparedness.
During his visit, IG BSF Yadav interacted with the troops stationed in the region, expressing his appreciation for their steadfast dedication to their duty. He personally commended their commitment and lauded their efforts in ensuring the safety and security of the border areas.
Addressing the troops, Yadav emphasised the significance of their role in maintaining peace and stability in the region.
He highlighted the critical role they play in safeguarding the nation’s borders, preventing illegal activities, and maintaining the overall security fabric of the region. “I am deeply impressed by your unwavering commitment and the resilience you demonstrate each day. Your dedication to your duty is an inspiration to us all,” said Yadav during his interaction with the troops.
Yadav encouraged the troops to continue working with the utmost professionalism and a positive spirit.
