Srinagar, July 11: A galaxy of officers of the Finance Department, Forest Department, School Education Department and others attended the mournful cremation of Ranbir Singh Bali, Director Finance, Forest Department, his spouse and his beloved son, at Chandoosa Baramulla. The trio died in a tragic accident while travelling on Srinagar Jammu Mughal Road on July 09, 2023.
There were hundreds of senior officers, their fellow relatives and neighbours who have come across all sections, religions and communities to attend the cremation. All those present expressed deep grief with tearful eyes on this tragedy and prayed for eternal peace to the departed souls. They prayed for early recovery of the lonely left daughter of the deceased who has suffered injuries and is said to be stable.
The representatives from J&K Finance Association and J&K Accounts Employees Association were also present on the occasion. They expressed grief and prayed for the well-being of the injured daughter and eternal peace to the departed souls.
