Jammu, Sept 26: The Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) is set to hold its Nidhi Aapke Nikat 2.0 program simultaneously at two locations on September 27, 2024. The initiative aims to provide a platform for workers and employers in Jammu and Ladakh to voice their grievances and receive crucial information regarding social security provisions.
The program will be led by P.F. Commissioner Rizwan Uddin, along with RPFC-I officials, at the Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. Conference Hall in Channi Rama, Jammu, and the Rural Self Employment Training Institute in Ladakh. The Jammu session is scheduled to start at 10:30 AM, while the Ladakh event will commence at 11:00 AM.
Key topics will include how to file grievances through EPFiGMS and CPGRAMS, digital service education, fraud prevention, and employee rights. The program aims to enhance awareness of EPFO schemes, including Provident Fund, Pension, and Insurance, and to facilitate grievance redressal.
Commissioner Uddin encouraged active participation from subscribers, pensioners, employers, and industry representatives. He emphasized the importance of extending social security benefits to eligible employees from the onset of their employment.
District Nodal Officers will be present to address queries and gather feedback from attendees. The sessions will also cover important EPFO initiatives such as e-Nomination, Online Claim Filing, and KYC updates in UAN.
This outreach effort underscores EPFO’s commitment to creating an information exchange network closer to its stakeholders, ensuring that concerns are addressed effectively and promptly.
