Jammu, Dec 29: The Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) bid farewell to team members who volunteered to stay in Jammu for a slightly prolonged period. They are Mukesh Kumar, Section Supervisor, Raja Sekhar Dasari, Senior Social Security Assistant (SSSA), and Pramod Gajanan Lokhande, Data Processing Assistant (DPA).
Indu Kanwal Chib, Mission Director of J & K Rural Livelihoods Mission, graced the felicitation ceremony and farewell function as the Chief Guest. Rizwan Uddin, Regional Provident Fund Commissioner – I expressed gratitude for the outstanding contributions of these employees in various capacities.
During the event, the commendable work of newly absorbed employees of J&K EPFO was also acknowledged. Notable mentions included Subhash Chander, SSSA, Asha Rani, Section Supervisor, Viney Bala Tak, Section Supervisor, Rinku Sharma, SSSA, Sunil Sharma, SSSA, Ashwani Gaind, Programmer, and others.
Special recognition was given to Sanjeev Kumar for processing 820 claims in a day, and Kanchan, DEO, for her key role in the “Nidhi Apke Nikat 2.0” Programme. Asif Maqbool, DEO, was appreciated for his learning and facilitating abilities. Pritpal Singh and Pranav Gupta, both ASOs, were acknowledged for their contributions, and Asha Rani and Viney Bala Tak were recognized for their conduct and leadership qualities.
Rizwan Uddin expressed gratitude for the voluntary service extension of Mukesh Kumar, Pramod Lokhande, and Raja Sekhar, who offered additional days of service to provide handholding support to newly absorbed employees.
Indu Chib appreciated the flexible working arrangements, voluntary efforts, mentorship, and teamwork that led to EPFO, Jammu, receiving consecutive National level Awards.
Amid these acknowledgements, Sheikh Arif, SSA in Kashmir, was recognized for his sense of responsibility and dedication, attending the office despite a recent road accident.
Rizwan Uddin said that their team-building initiatives have yielded positive results, boosting morale, responsibility, coordination, and orientation among the EPFO staff. He commended the dedicated performers for overcoming challenges and assuming greater responsibilities.
