Srinagar, Jan 27: Dr. Mushtaq Rather, former Director of Health Services Kashmir, was among 11 distinguished doctors from across India invited to the Rashtrapati Bhavan for the prestigious ‘At Home Reception’ on January 26.
The event, hosted by the President of India, serves as a platform to recognize individuals who have made exceptional contributions to their respective fields.
