New Delhi, Oct 24: Jammu and Kashmir President and Member of Parliament from Srinagar Dr Farooq Abdullah expressed grief over the demise of legendary Indian spinner Bishan Singh Bedi who breathed his last the other day.
In his condolence message, Dr Farooq said, “I’m deeply saddened by the passing of the cricket legend, Shri Bishan Singh Bedi Ji. His impact on the sport is immeasurable. My heartfelt condolences go out to his family and loved ones during this difficult time.”
The NC chief also attended the last rites of the noted cricket player at Delhi’s Lodhi Road Cremation Ground.
