Tangmarg, Jan 18: Dr. Jehangir Bakshi, Director Health Services Kashmir, accompanied by the Divisional health team Saturday visited the Community Health Centre (CHC) Tangmarg and Primary Health Centre (PHC) Gulmarg to evaluate the healthcare preparedness for the upcoming national event, Khelo India.
During the visit, Dr. Bakshi reviewed the facilities and readiness at CHC Tangmarg and PHC Gulmarg to ensure they are equipped to handle any medical emergencies during the sporting event. He also assessed the progress of the ongoing work for the establishment of a Dialysis Unit at CHC Tangmarg, emphasizing the need for timely completion to enhance healthcare services in the region.
Dr. Bakshi expressed satisfaction with the preparations and instructed the teams to maintain a high standard of readiness for the successful execution of Khelo India in Gulmarg.
