Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah on Tuesday attended a meeting to discuss the implementation of New Criminal laws enacted by parliament in July, 2024.

In a post on X, Cm-JK wrote, “As part of the ongoing review meetings by Union Home Minister with various States and UTs, I attended a meeting today to discuss the implementation of New Criminal Laws enacted by Parliament in July, 2024.” .

“The deliberations focused on modernization, swift justice and a victim-centric approach to law enforcement.” the post reads.
