The protesters were holding placards in their hands, which read “Justice for Arifa,” “Punish the Culprit,” “Hang the Culprit,” and “We want capital punishment for the Culprit.”

Ajaz Ahmad Khan, one of the protesters from Ompora, said that the incident, which took place in the Budgam district, in which a 30-year-old woman from Soibugh village was not killed, but her body parts had been cutted into 14 pieces by a man, who had thrown and dumped these bodies in various locations to hide his crime,

” The some body parts have been also recovered from his home which confirmed that he done a crime of innocent women. The government must hang his culprit. “So, justice can be delivered to the family,” Khan said.

He said that the government must hang the culprit so such incidents will not occur again in the Kashmiri valley. We have girl children and sisters in our family; today it happened to one woman; tomorrow it will happen to our girl children. if the government will take strict action against the culprits. Then such incidents will not took place again in the Kashmir.
