Kargil, Aug 30: Haji Anayat Ali, the Prabhari (Incharge) of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Kargil Unit, has stepped down from his position, citing personal reasons. He submitted his resignation on Friday in a letter addressed to Phunchok Stanzin, the president of the party’s Ladakh unit.
While the exact reasons for his resignation remain undisclosed, Ali appreciated the opportunities and experiences gained during his tenure with the party.
In his resignation letter, he stated, “I am writing to inform you of my decision to resign from my position as Prabhari of BJP Unit district Kargil. I appreciate the opportunities I have had while serving the party, and I am grateful for the experience and knowledge gained during my tenure. However, due to personal reasons, I can no longer continue in this role.”
“I will do everything to strengthen the party at the grassroots level as an active member of the party. Thank you again for the opportunity to serve. I wish the party continued success in its future endeavours,” he added.
Speaking with Rising Kashmir, Haji Anayat said he has resigned from his position as the BJP in-charge of the Kargil unit. “I submitted my resignation to the State President of the BJP due to some personal reasons,” he said.
