New Delhi, Feb 17: Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Minority Front national president, Jamal Siddiqui on Monday honoured Delhi State Minority Front president Anees Abbasi and his team at the party headquarters here, saying they have been struggling for the last three years.
“BJP’s 27-year ‘exile’ in Delhi is now over,” Siddiqui said.
According to the front’s statement issued here, after the BJP’s landslide victory in Delhi, the enthusiasm among the party workers continues. While party workers are meeting their top leadership and expressing happiness over the massive victory, senior leaders are holding meetings with officials and workers of their respective fronts and cells.
On this occasion, Anees Abbasi thanked Jamal Siddiqui for the warm welcome. “Delhi Pradesh Morcha will give its 100 per cent in fulfilling Modi ji’s goal of ‘Sabka Saath Sabka Vikas’ by making the benefits of all schemes reach the society,” he said, adding, “From time to time, we keep getting guidance from the national office and this time our colleagues of Delhi Minority Morcha worked very hard and went to the Muslim community with Modi ji’s guarantees and to a large extent, it benefited and the party registered a huge victory in Delhi.”
Delhi state president of the Morcha Anees Abbasi, General Secretary Faisal Mansoori, Naeem Saifi, Shabana Rehman, Vice President Irfan Salmani, Media Head Imtiaz Ahmed, Mustafa Siddiqui, Nasir Raza, Zulfiqar, and others were present on the occasion.
