Jammu, Nov 15: Apni Party General Secretary, Youth Wing and Spokesperson, Abhay Bakaya called on Director Industries, Jammu, Dr Arun Manhas here and discussed various issues confronted by the unemployed youth.
As per a press release, Abhay met the newly posted Director where he held a threadbare discussion with him regarding the policy of helping the unemployed youth in opening industrial small-scale units.
During the meeting, he was conveyed about easing the formalities and support that is being provided by the Industries Department to the aspirants.
Abhay expressed his gratitude to Dr Manhas for his “innovative initiatives for empowering youth and providing possible support for establishing small-scale units in Jammu and Kashmir”.
He said that the growing unemployment has posed a challenge to the unemployed youth and therefore, it becomes important to provide a source of employment or self-employment.
He also appreciated Dr Arun Manhas for his “positive and dynamic approach” towards the industrial sector which is the economic backbone of Jammu and Kashmir and requires special attention to boost the industrial units/small-scale units in an innovative manner.
