Apni Party leaders condoles demise of Prime Minister’s mother

Srinagar, Dec 30: Apni Party on Friday offered condolences to Prime Minister Narendra Modi over the demise of his mother and prayed for the departed soul.
According to a statement issued to Rising Kashmir, the party held condolence meetings at its party headquarters in Srinagar and Jammu, soon after the news came about the demise of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s mother Heeraben Modi who breathed her last at an Ahmedabad hospital this morning.
Apni Party’s Senior Vice President Ghulam Hassan Mir presided over the condolence meeting held at the party’s Srinagar headquarters, while Party General Secretary Vijay Bakaya presided over the meeting in Jammu.
“A condolence meeting was held under the leadership of Ghulam Hassan Mir to offer condolence to Prime Minister Narendra Modi over the demise of his beloved mother Heeraben Modi, who passed away today at UN Mehta Institute of Cardiology and Research Centre in Ahmedabad,” reads the statement.
The leaders, in the meeting, expressed their grief and sorrow over the demise of Prime Minister Modi’s mother and offered their deepest condolences to the Prime Minister and other members of the bereaved family. The participants of the meeting offered special prayers for the departed soul.”
Meanwhile, another condolence meeting was held at Apni Party’s Jammu office soon after the news about the death of the Prime Minister’s mother came.
According to the statement, Party General Secretary Vijay Bakaya presided over the meeting which was attended by the party’s senior leaders from Jammu province.
“The participants of the meeting conducted prayers for the peace of the departed soul and prayed for the much-needed patience to the bereaved to bear the pain of this irreparable loss. The leaders extended their condolences to the Prime Minister and other members of his family over the loss”, the press statement reads.
