ANCAG hosts best dancer season-7 in Jammu

Jammu, Jan 13: Acharya National Culture Activities Group Monday hosted the highly anticipated “Best Dancer of J&K – Session 7” at the Auditorium, Polytechnic College, Bikram Chowk, Jammu on Monday. The event celebrated the vibrant and diverse dance culture of Jammu and Kashmir, showcasing an array of exceptional talent from across the region.
The event was graced by notable dignitaries, including Balbir Singh, with the esteemed Guest of Honour, Hitesh Badyal Founder Member Nirvana Academy along with Rakesh Jamwal SHO Pacca Donga, Subash Chander Shavotra, Ranjit Kumar, Nirmal Mattoo, Gurpreet Singh, Kamal Singh, Sapna Soni, Amar Chohan, Kiran Varma, Deepak Kumar, Umesh Kumar, Ashil Gill, Kulwinder Kaur, and Sweety Joyshi. Their presence added a sense of prestige and encouragement to the proceedings.
The competition saw participants competing in various categories, with each dancer demonstrating extraordinary skill, grace, and creativity. The event was adjudicated by a panel of respected judges, including Ritu Dogra, Yogeshwar Singh Jamwal, and was organized under the expert guidance of Raj Shavotra.
After a day full of electrifying performances, the title of “Best Dancer of J&K Season 7” was awarded to the participating group from Acharya Academy for Dance and Aerobics. Their mesmerizing performance left a lasting impression on the audience, securing them the prestigious title for this year. This year’s competition not only celebrated the art of dance but also provided a platform for young talents to shine and pursue their dreams.
