Ashok Bhan extends Eid, Navreh greetings; hopes for peaceful coexistence

Srinagar, Apr 09: Noted Supreme Court lawyer and a prominent Kashmiri leader Ashok Bhan extended his greetings and warm wishes to the people of Jammu & Kashmir, especially the native Kashmiris, on the auspicious occasion of Eid-ul-Fitr.
He wished that the next Eid and Navreh are “jointly celebrated after the return and repatriation of the displaced brethren”.
Bhan, a peacenik and track-2 leader, expressed his optimism for a new era of peace mutual trust and inclusive coexistence in the Kashmir Valley known as the ‘cradle of civilisation’. He wished that people would unitedly strive to defeat the enemies and bring in an inclusive societal atmosphere for lasting peace and prosperity for the people of Jammu and Kashmir.
“May this Navreh and Eid together bring us happiness and prosperity to our families to live and enjoy the human rights and constitutional guarantees & safeguards in a violence-free valley our homeland,” Adv Bhan said.
