Jammu and Kashmir’s veteran Islamic scholar Mufti Abdul Gani Azhari passed away on Thursday.
Mufti Abdul Gani Azhari was former head of Arabic department at the University of Kashmir.
As per reports, he passed away at Dar ul Aloom Deoband, the institution he was serving post-retirement.
