Shopian, Sep 29: Department of Ayush Shopian on Thursday organized a free Homeopathic Medical Camp cum Awareness programme at Khurampora, here.
Awareness programmes on healthcare and medical camps are being organised by the Department on a regular basis for the benefits of people.
Today’s camp was organised on the directions of Director Ayush, J&K Jammu, Dr Mohan Singh and under the supervision of District Nodal Officer Ayush Shopian, Dr Ishrat Ahmed.
Details on various healthcare issues and benefits provided among the number of beneficiaries by way of medicines and boosting immunity during Covid -19 pandemic was provided on the occasion.
The doctors also treated the patients with holistic healing remedies of Homeopathy and gave advice to patients for preventive, conservative approach.
Besides, Homeopathic medicines were distributed free of cost to the patients which were prescribed by the concerned homeopathy physician along with distribution of free immune-boosting and other medicines among 121 participants.
