Jammu, Dec 05: Castigating the Jammu and Kashmir Government as well as Government of India for silence on terror threats to KP as well as Reserve category employees serving in valley, Aam Aadmi Party’s state spokesperson Pratap Jamwal said that new threat list shows depth of situation putting employees in a situation of trauma.
In a press statement, Pratap Jamwal said that KP employees as well as Reserve category employees serving in Kashmir valley are on protest after killings and are on road for months but the Government of India, as well as Jammu and Kashmir Government, is completely a mute spectator the issue.
He said that the demands taken up by these protesting employees are genuine in nature and government should look into it at the earliest but stubborn attitude of government is putting these employees in a situation of helplessness.
“This is the mandate of the Government to redress the grievances and issues of citizens and but in Jammu and Kashmir things are going contrary and there is no one within the government set up to address the issues even of employees who are the backbone of the system,” Jamwal said.
Pratap further said that demands taken up by the employees in protest are completely genuine in nature and they are not demanding anything out of the planet.
Aam Aadmi Party leader also raised his serious concern towards fresh threat issued by terror outfits terming it as an indication of the seriousness of the situation and further added that these fresh threats have put employees in a further panic situation.
Jamwal also demanded a strict probe as to how the list of transfers of these employees went viral on social media platform putting life of employees at risk.
