Srinagar, Feb 05: In Memory of Mrs Abida Afzal Assistant Registrar who passed away on Sunday, a condolence meeting was held on Monday in the office chamber of Director Handicrafts and Handloom Kashmir where employees of the department held a congressional prayer meeting in the memory of departed soul.
