In a historic event that marked a significant milestone after almost three decades, the National Anthem reverberated through the halls of the District Court Complex in Srinagar. The occasion was a meeting organized by the Kashmir Advocates Association, where lawyers gathered to discuss pertinent issues.
Presided over by the President of the Kashmir Advocates Association, Adv. WaseemGul, the meeting aimed to address the genuine concerns of the legal fraternity and seek redressal from the authorities. As the proceedings began, a momentous atmosphere filled the BAR room in the Petition Writer’s block.
For the first time in history, the Lawyers room in Srinagar District Court Complex resounded with the echoes of the National Anthem, symbolizing unity, patriotism, and the spirit of justice. This remarkable occurrence evoked a sense of pride among the lawyers present, who recognized the significance of this long-awaited moment.
Meanwhile, a group of anti-national elements attempted to disrupt the proceedings and create chaos. The disturbance caused an unpleasant situation, but the lawyers remained steadfast in their commitment to the cause and continued with the meeting.
