Baramulla, March 27 : In a significant development, on March 25, Police Station Boniyar successfully filed a charge sheet in a 10 year old case (FIR No. 03/2016) under Section 420 RPC in court, marking the culmination of a decade-long legal pursuit.

This breakthrough was achieved due to the relentless efforts of a dedicated police team deputed to Jharkhand, who worked tirelessly to apprehend the accused, Manoj Das, a resident of Deoghar, Jharkhand. Das was involved in an online bank fraud case amounting to ₹90,000 in 2016. The team ensured his production before the court, demonstrating exceptional dedication and commitment to duty.

Baramulla Police appreciates the outstanding efforts of the team involved in this operation. We remain committed to upholding the rule of law and ensuring that offenders are brought to justice, no matter how long it takes.
