Srinagar, Jan 8: The Meteorological Centre Srinagar forecasts a dry spell, with no major weather events expected till January 16.
As per the MeT, A dry spell is expected in Jammu and Kashmir from January 8-10, with clouds gathering on the evening of January 10.
Thereafter, the weather will turn cloudy on January 11, with light rain predicted in Jammu’s plains and isolated snowfall in the higher reaches of both Jammu and Kashmir divisions.
MeT also forecasts dry weather in Jammu and Kashmir from January 12-14, followed by light snowfall at isolated to scattered places on January 15-16.
