New Delhi, Dec 08: Marking a significant step towards addressing Ladakh’s developmental priorities, Chairman and Chief Executive Councillor (CEC) Advocate Tashi Gyalson met with Union Home Minister Amit Shah in New Delhi.
During the meeting, the CEC expressed heartfelt gratitude to the Minister for his unwavering support and commitment to Ladakh’s progress.
Tashi gyalson wrote on “X” Chairman/CEC Adv. Tashi Gyalson met with Hon’ble Home Minister Sh.@AmitShah Ji in Delhi, expressing heartfelt gratitude for his unwavering support to Ladakh. The CEC also thanked the Hon’ble Minister for the recent sanction of posts for the medical college and upgradation of SNM Hospital and establishment of new Districts.
During the meeting, CEC also apprised Hon’ble Minister on various other issues, including those emerged from the recent(HPC) dialogue.
During the meeting, discussion touch upon various issues of High Court Circuit Bench for Ladakh, budget, Transporter Cooperative Society, BADP, exhibition of Holy Buddha’s Relics and others. The meeting marked a significant step towards addressing Ladakh’s pressing issues.
Earlier CEC hailed the recent consent in High Power Committee (HPC) to reserve seats for women in elected and nominated bodies within the Union Territory of Ladakh.
