Srinagar, Nov 21: Principal /Dean Prof Ajaz Ahmad Shah in presence of Prof Dr Altaf Hussain Chalkoo H O D Oral Medicine and Radiology and other faculty members of Govt. Dental College Srinagar on Thursday inaugurated CBCT machine for advanced radiographic investigations for oral and maxillofacial region.
The machine is a newer addition for patient care and research work in the field of oral and maxillofacial radiology at GDC Srinagar.
On this occasion Prof. Dr Altaf Hussain chalkoo gave a brief presentation to the faculty on the working modality of CBCT machime and its diagnostic importance in the maxillofacial region.
Principal GDC also gave a detailed lecture on the subject and highlighted various academic activities in the said institution.
The event concluded with the felicitation ceremony in which Principal GDC Srinagar was felicitated by HOD oral medicine and radiology. On this occasion HOD Oral Medicine and Radiology was presented with a momento of appreciation. Dr Mohsin Tak presented vote of thanks.
